Assistant Manager

Del Taco -  - Responsibilities:
Recruiting, hiring, and retaining all restaurant employees in compliance with the employee position report.;
Ensuring the entire team is certified according to the current training process at all times.;
Developing and growing team members; evaluating performance and recommending salary increases; administering disciplinary actions.;
Executing Del Taco Standards, maintaining facility and customer areas, and ensuring a consistent service experience including cleanliness and signage.;
Achieving or exceeding sales targets and profitability by identifying sales goals, leveraging local store marketing opportunities, and managing staffing and promotions.
