As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources while maintaining in‑stock levels and controlling shrinkage.
• Plan bakery production, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs according to recipe and measurement instructions, using a variety of products and tools.
• Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, making immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality.
• Drive performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality‑date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events that affect bakery volume.
• Act as a brand advocate, modelling high‑quality service and products, and assist in training, influencing, and inspiring associates to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented manner.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement action plans and the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, communicating progress and recommending improvements.

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a fresh production area.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time frames.
