Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Sam's Club products and services;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, and securing items for members;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities and deadlines and communicate progress;
Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, including forklift procedures and hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
