Position Overview
Donation Attendant – responsible for maintaining the donation trailer/pod, receiving donated items, preparing reports, sorting and loading donations, and ensuring cleanliness and security. Pay rate: $16.90 per hour.

- Maintain and clean the donation trailer/pod at the start and end of each shift.
- Assist donors in receiving gift receipts for donated items.
- Maintain all reports and paperwork as instructed by Supervisors.
- Separate and sort donated materials into proper containers and stack them as instructed.
- Assist TSA PA/Drivers with loading donations onto trucks as needed.
- Notify supervisors when items such as brooms, receipts, totes, or carts are running low.
- Secure and lock the donation trailer/pod at the end of each shift.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must pass background check (Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry).
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions.
- Effective communication with management, fellow employees, customers, and donors.
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist intermittently.
- Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as filing cabinets, clothing carts, merchandise carts, racks, furniture dollies, platform trucks, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks.
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
The store operates 7 days per week. Work schedules are determined by management, and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate coverage. Full‑time associates may be scheduled for any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
