Union Counter Sales Representative - Ferguson Enterprises, LLC

Location:

San Bernardino, CA. Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Union Counter Sales Representative.

Pay: $20 hourly

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., plus 1 Saturday every 4 weeks and overtime as needed.

• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment, including use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised
• Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
• Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills
• Provide honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers' expectations
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of PPE; this includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs

• 0-5 years of experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of products is preferred
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• General math skills to allow for cash accounting
• Ability to learn is a must have
• Excellent decision making and communication skills
