Unique Appliances 2 LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team in San Bernardino, CA! • Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom floor
• Restock and manage inventory, ensuring products are properly displayed and labeled
• Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via other communication channels
• Support the team in meeting and exceeding daily and monthly sales goals
• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and care

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
