Key Responsibilities Provide information to travel partners to promote products and secure reservations Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries regarding existing reservations Maintain KPIs in a high-volume inbound call center while maximizing sales opportunities
Required Qualifications At least two years of travel industry or call center experience in a sales capacity Ability to handle customer calls in Spanish is a plus
Experience with Salesforce is preferred Training in or experience with consultative sales is advantageous Specialized knowledge about the regions visited or cruising is beneficial
