AMZ - Security Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or military security, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
• Train new security officers on company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to any suspicious activity
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
• Implement and enforce security policies and protocols
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities
• Provide guidance and support to security staff during emergency situations
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in security management is a plus
• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations calmly and effectively
• Proficient in conflict management techniques
• Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and other security equipment
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
