Entry level with basic training assigned to a site with minimal duties.

Level 1 guard training covers:

• Observe, report, and assist with de‑escalation of incidents at all client location sites.
• Conduct yourself in a manner that promotes good public relations.

• Remain alert and maintain an organized guard service system.
• Anticipate criminal acts and take remedial action.
• Recognize and identify regular client employees and frequent visitors from government and private sectors.
• Maintain accurate written records for the client as required.
• Perform all duties with competence under capable supervision.
• Abide by all applicable laws and client policies.
• De‑escalate confrontations with firm politeness.
• Assist the public with information and guidance.
• Notify law enforcement and assist in apprehending lawbreakers.

• Investigate criminal acts, report them within 24 hours using the client’s automated incident report system.

• Report any disclosures of incidents or threats to the proper client authority.
• Investigate and establish definitive identification of persons committing illegal acts on client premises.
• Comply with client policies and applicable anti‑harassment and discrimination laws.

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions and 21 years old for armed positions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a legal alien residing in the U.S.
• Must provide references in writing from previous employers.
