Case Aide, MAP

Position Overview

• Maintain accountability for clients’ location at all times and implement agency policies governing facility operations.
• Supervise clients, enforce key control, head counts, monitor client location, and maintain visitors log.
• Execute emergency and other program‑required procedures.
• Collect urine samples, complete related paperwork, and perform breathalyzer testing as required by contract.
• Collect intake data; develop and document program plan goals with clients; monitor treatment stipulations, job readiness, and community resource referrals; assist in client orientation as assigned.
• Make recommendations to the supervisor for corrective action and monitor ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate discharges with referral agencies.
• Supervise client work assignments and verify satisfactory completion.
• Adhere to program procedures, enforce rules, regulations, and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years’ experience in social services or a related field (education may be substituted for experience on a year‑for‑year basis).
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

• Two weeks of vacation accrued within the first year, increasing to three weeks after one year of service.
• Seven days of sick time on an accrual basis.

Schedule: Facility open Monday through Friday, 9:00am–8:00pm. Shifts vary to support location needs.
Hourly Rate: $21.86
