- Ensure accurate packaging of outbound parts orders and receipt of incoming parts
- Fill, package and mark parts orders to meet delivery schedules; pick and pack orders for counter staff
- Receive ordered parts and check items for damage, correct quantities, or back orders
- Help with stocking and posting orders upon arrival to expedite delivery
- Assist parts drivers in loading and unloading parts and report low inventory to Parts Manager
- Pull orders from printed packing slips for both customers and shop repair orders; handle core returns and help with physical inventory counts
- Load and unload stock merchandise
- Maintain parts and supplies inventories in an organized manner, rotating or shifting stock as needed
- Prepare seasonal parts/accessories displays and warehouse shelves as directed
- Order and ship emergency parts from vendors to customers
- High school diploma or equivalent degree preferred
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Excellent math and reading comprehension skills
- General understanding of various functions of a distribution center
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights of 25 feet or more
- Warehouse experience and material handling equipment experience preferred
- Strong computer and software skills
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
