Yard Worker​/Inspector

Pridestaff is currently seeking a Yard Worker/Inspector for a recycling company located in San Bernardino, CA. Please see the job requirements below to be considered.

• Pay Rate: $17-18
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:45 - 4: 15pm and Saturdays: 6:45am - 1215pm

Job Duties:
Will be in the yard performing traffic control and inspecting. Will safely direct customers to an area where the can unload safely. Position requires excellent communication with customers and company staff to ensure a safe unload/drop off. May assist in other areas as needed including performing general labor yard duties such as moving and lifting product or cleaning. Will be required to wear steel-toed shoes and other assigned Personal Protection Equipment including long-sleeved shirts and a high visibility safety vest.
Job Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months working in a Yard or related experience within the last year.
• Must have some sort of traffic control experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and requires prolonged standing.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and stoop throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to work outside.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred but not required.
