Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Driver to join our team in San Bernardino, California. This position is ideal for experienced forklift operators who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Forklift Driver, you will safely load and unload trailers, transport pallets throughout the warehouse, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy and following all safety procedures.

• Starting at $21 to $22/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time schedule available
• Located in San Bernardino, CA

• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload pallets from trailers
• Transport pallets and materials to designated warehouse locations
• Stage and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and operating procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Ability to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require
