Schneider National is seeking Team Drivers in California. You’ll run 48 states with 100% no-touch freight and a pet-friendly policy. The pay includes mileage rates (up to 4¢/mile), weekly guarantees during the first 90 days, and a sign-on bonus paid over 12 months (experienced vs inexperienced).
Paid orientation and time off after 6 months are included. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, holiday pay, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.
