Join Ship Monk as a Morning Shift Seasonal Warehouse Associate – San Bernardino, CA

We’re hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join our San Bernardino Fulfillment Center. If you’re driven, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced team, this is a great place to gain experience and earn weekly pay.

Starting pay: $17/hour

Weekly pay every Friday

Morning shift hours: DG (Sunday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or DQ (Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

What You’ll Do:

• Pick, pack, and sort products with accuracy to prepare orders for shipment.
• Prepare orders to ship quickly and efficiently.
• Rotate through warehouse functions, including receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects.
• Stay active and engaged in a fast-paced environment.
• Help maintain organization and a safe, clean workspace.
• Use the latest tech tools (scanners, iPads, handheld devices) to improve speed and accuracy.
• Support other departments as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Ability to stand/walk for most of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (noise, varying temperatures, high energy).
• Basic English reading/writing skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but no experience is required—we’ll train you!
