As a Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily tasks, monitoring performance, addressing issues, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Bilingual is a PLUS!
PayUp to $24/hr
Multiple Shifts Available- Days
- Sun-Thur or Tues-Sat
Operational Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support a team of associates in outbound functions (picking, packing, shipping) to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate daily expectations and performance targets.
- Act as the escalation point for real‑time troubleshooting and support.
Safety and Compliance
- Uphold and enforce all safety standards and procedures.
- Proactively identify risks and take corrective action to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance policies at all times.
Performance Management
- Monitor KPIs such as throughput (TPH), pick/pack rates, and order accuracy.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to drive associate performance.
- Identify high and low performers and work with leadership on development or performance plans.
Training and Development
- Train new hires and cross‑train existing associates to support labor flexibility and coverage.
- Reinforce best practices and operational standards through on‑the‑floor engagement.
Process Optimization
- Identify process gaps and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
- Participate in daily problem‑solving huddles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication
- Partner with Inventory, Inbound, Support, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless operation flow.
- Communicate shift updates, challenges, and success metrics clearly and consistently to all stakeholders.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of outbound processes: picking, packing, shipping, and dwell management
- Proven leadership and team‑building skills in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and motivate
- Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and labor management tools
- Ability to lift/move up to 47 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Driving consistent productivity and quality through active leadership
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and accountable work environment
