Inventory Specialist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $18.50 hr

Express Employment Professionals of San Bernardino is now hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for a well-established warehouse and logistics company in San Bernardino, CA
. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity for candidates with cycle counting
, inventory auditing
, and warehouse operations experience.

• Perform accurate cycle counts of warehouse inventory

• Compare physical inventory counts to data in the WMS (Warehouse Management System)

• Investigate and reconcile any inventory discrepancies

• Communicate findings to inventory management teams

• Assist with unresolved pallet reports and support general warehouse duties as needed

• Maintain accurate inventory logs and count documentation

• Follow company safety guidelines and inventory control procedures

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control
  , cycle counting
  , or similar warehouse role

• Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and WMS software

• Strong math and analytical skills

• Effective communication skills
  , both written and verbal

• Must be reliable and have consistent transportation

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work independently and follow direction
