Administrative Business Partner, You Tube Trust and Safety, Operations and Content Policy
We are looking for an experienced administrative partner to support the You Tube Trust and Safety team. This role is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.
Qualifications- 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre‑planning to execution.
- Experience supporting large global teams across multiple time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events for executives and teams with minimal guidance; prepare meeting materials.
- Execute expense management activities with minimal guidance.
- Assess and advocate for office space needs with minimal guidance.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events; manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
- Complete travel coordination tasks with minimal guidance.
As an Administrative Business Partner, you are at the heart of your team's business operations and activities, anticipating the needs of managers and team members, resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise, and strategically supporting your team's projects with up-to-date knowledge of Google products and services. You communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, managing multiple simultaneous projects with strong business judgment and communication skills.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $96,000–$138,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
