General Service Technician

Looking for a qualified Automotive Mechanic. We have an immediate opening with top pay and a generous incentive plan.

Depending on experience, $22 to $35 an hour, with the potential to earn $100,000+ per year through an unlimited incentive plan.

At BST GUYS, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customers' vehicles in inspection, diagnosis, and repair, utilizing expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience. We are seeking general service technicians capable of working independently and collaboratively in a full-service facility to help us create an environment of success!

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including fluid exchanges and oil changes
• Conduct visual safety and courtesy inspections
• Mount, balance, and rotate tires
• Replace batteries
• Change bulbs, belts, and hoses
• Maintain and clean shop areas
• Perform other shop maintenance tasks as needed

• Entry-level technicians should have basic automotive knowledge
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
