We are seeking a Master Certified Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles to meet manufacturer standards, performing pre-delivery inspections, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have dealer-level or large facility experience and a strong commitment to quality and professionalism.

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using expertise and testing tools
• Maintain highest level of automotive training and certifications
• Ensure cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs
• Complete required documentation accurately and comply with regulations
• Support shop appearance, safety standards, and efficient operations including inventory tasks
• Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

This is a professional, non-smoking, drug-free workplace. The position requires physical stamina including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting heavy objects. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and customer-focused approach are essential to success.

• High school diploma or GED
• Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
• Master Certified Technician with comprehensive mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Physical ability to perform job tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting
• Safety-conscious and dependable
