What you'll do:
Defineproductmeasurementstrategy,includingnorth-starmetrics,guardrails,dashboards,and reporting. Driveproductgrowthbyidentifyingopportunitiesthroughdata,customer insights,and experimentation. LeadrigorousA/Btesting,causalanalysis,andmeasurementtoinformproductdecisions. Partner with Product,Engineering,andDataSciencetoinfluenceroadmapandoptimizecustomerexperience,advertiseroutcomes,andmonetization. Improveanalyticsfoundationsthroughbetterinstrumentation,data quality,andmetricgovernance. Collaborate cross-functionallytotranslateinsightsintoproductandbusinessimpact. Communicateclear,data-drivenrecommendationstoseniorleadersandinfluencestrategicdecisions.
What you'll bring:
4-8yearsofexperienceinproductanalytics,data science,orarelatedquantitativefield. Strongexperienceindigitaladvertising,adtech,retailmedia,e-commerce,ormarketplacebusinesses. Deepexpertiseinproductanalytics,experimentation,causal inference,metricdesign,andstatisticalanalysis. Provenabilitytotranslatedataintoproductstrategyandbusinessimpact. AdvancedSQLandstronganalyticalskillswithhands-onexperienceanalyzinglargedatasets. Experiencepartneringwith Product,Engineering,andDataSciencetoinfluenceroadmapsanddecisions. Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoinfluenceseniorstakeholdersandthriveinambiguous,fast-paced environments.
