• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design.
• Experience using figma to design, maintain, and component libraries and design systems.

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
• 2 years of experience leading design projects.
• Experience with motion design, interactive prototyping, and front-end web technologies (such as HTML and CSS).
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows, vibe coding, or connecting design systems to development environments (such as Model Context Protocol).
• Experience designing and implementing user interfaces (UIs) for TV platforms or smart TV devices.

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will shape the visual future of You Tube on TVs–You Tube’s largest and fastest-growing screen, which has crossed over 1 billion monthly active users and 1 billion daily watch hours. You will craft the language of TV design systems, elevate aesthetics, and pioneer the intersection of design systems and AI-assisted prototyping. In this role, you will collaborate across disciplines to build beautiful, cohesive, and accessible user experiences that bring the best of You Tube to millions of living rooms worldwide.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
