We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist, Partner Operations to join the expanding Partner Operations Department at Distro Scale, Inc. The Customer Success Specialist coordinates and helps manage all aspects of maintaining relationships with our partners.
Your role s:
- Manage partner/client on-boarding, integration and growth
- Systematically track progress, updates and issues across multiple partners
- Develop a good working relationship with partners
- Be responsive and maintain timely communications with partners
- Assist in resolving and troubleshooting integration issues as they arise
- Effectively work across functional groups such as Sales, Business Development and Engineering teams to resolve issues
- Keep internal teams and partners updated with progress and expectations
- Conduct regular partnership reviews with partners
Your
Skills:
- Detail oriented, must be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently.
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues
- Good web/internet skills, Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)
- Knowledge in web design (HTML/CSS/JS) and mySQL is a plus
- 1 to 2 years experience in Online Media, Advertising platforms, or Tech/Internet companies desirable
