Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer product management or a similar technical role.
• Proven experience in front-end product development with an emphasis on UX design.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
• Masters degree in a technology or business-related field is preferred.
• Proficient in using data to inform product strategy.
• Background in community-focused products or social media platforms.
• Understanding of You Tube's platform ecosystem, including creators and viewers.
• Capability to translate user requirements and business objectives into comprehensive product specifications and roadmaps.
• Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities, with experience working alongside cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and data science.

• Develop the strategy, objectives, roadmap, and success metrics for comments features.
• Analyze user needs and convert insights into engaging product experiences.
• Design intuitive experiences that facilitate conversations and boost engagement.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and research teams to realize product goals.
• Apply data-driven approaches to evaluate performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and iterate on the product experience.
