What you'll do:
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and site visits to gather actionable insights that inform design strategies.
- Develop and refine user journeys, storyboards, and interaction designs to enhance overall user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align UX solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
- Design and prototype scalable, user-centered interfaces adhering to established design principles and platform guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to optimize product performance and satisfaction.
- Manage documentation of design specifications, patterns, and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and maintain high-quality design standards.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in user-centered design, including user interviews, surveys, and journey mapping to enhance interaction design and user experience strategies.
- Proficiency in prototyping, usability testing, and developing scalable design solutions aligned with native mobile conventions and style guides.
- Strong skills in stakeholder identification, engagement, and communication to build effective partnerships and influence technical outcomes.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, and synthesizing insights to drive design improvements.
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver clear, concise reports supporting business strategy and customer needs.
