Kindergarten Teacher

Stratford School seeks a Kindergarten Teacher to foster a strong academic and social-emotional foundation for young learners. In small, nurturing classes, you will deliver an engaging, standards-aligned curriculum with a focus on early literacy, math, and STEAM, while integrating character education and classroom routines that promote independence and collaboration. Responsibilities include lesson planning, differentiated instruction, assessment, and clear communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned kindergarten lessons in literacy, math, and STEAMCreate a nurturing, structured classroom that supports social-emotional development
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles
• Assess student progress using formal and informal methods and adjust instruction
• Communicate regularly with families about student growth and classroom activities
• Collaborate with grade-level and school teams on curriculum and events
