Preschool campus director
Reports to the Preschool Director of Operations and Enrollment
JOB OVERVIEWThe Preschool Director oversees our vibrant and active preschool program at Strata Learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education, a keen understanding of the needs of both children and parents, and proven leadership skills to manage and motivate our staff.

- Assist in managing the student enrollment process, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and maintaining a healthy waiting list. - Administrative Skills
- Adept at budget management, record-keeping, and executing other administrative tasks effectively and efficiently. - Knowledge
- Deep understanding of early childhood education best practices and the ability to apply this knowledge in the development and implementation of preschool programs.
- Oversee the daily operations of the preschool program.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain licensing, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Lead, direct, and mentor preschool teachers and support staff.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee staff performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement an educational program based on best practices in early childhood education.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve student outcomes and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with state early childhood education standards.
- Oversee student enrollment process and maintain a healthy waiting list.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive enrollment.
- Establish relationships with local organizations and community members to promote the preschool program.
- Conduct school tours for prospective families.
- Build strong relationships with parents and families, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings and community events.
- Collaborate with local organizations to enrich the program and build community partnerships.
- Administrative Duties
- Manage preschool budget to ensure efficient operation and allocation of resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on students, staff, and activities.
- Stay informed on the latest research and trends in early childhood education.
- Continuously work towards improving the program, staff performance, and student outcomes
