We are seeking a Finance Manager to coordinate all finance and insurance activities for our customers. This role involves assisting customers in securing financing, preparing necessary documentation, and offering extended service contracts and additional protection products. You will ensure compliance with legal requirements and dealership policies while enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Offer vehicle financing and insurance solutions, explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and service policies clearly to customers.
- Assist customers in obtaining financing through established lending institutions in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Prepare all required state and federal documents accurately and promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and financing programs.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth referral of sales and clear communication of financing and lease options.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.

Qualifications- Minimum of two years experience in a dealership or related finance role preferred.
- Confident and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Dependable and highly organized, capable of multitasking and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer and internet skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
