* Minimum qualifications:

* + Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 5 years of experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.

+ 5 years of experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects.

+ Experience managing research and measurement agencies.

Experience with SQL and BI, and agentic tools (e.g., Looker, Gemini for insights).

You Tube Marketing Analytics is a 30+ analyst team that influences and informs You Tube's marketing and products teams. We work on projects that are at the heart of go-to-market and brand strategy for You Tube using data to ensure our marketing efforts are efficiently and effectively deployed.

As a Business Analyst on core and cultural moments, you will partner closely with You Tube marketing and product teams to engage casual users with You Tube exclusive content during tentpole moments (sports, award ceremonies, cultural celebrations) and re-engage lapsed users with off platform brand campaigns. You will be tasked with partnering close with data scientists on the team to translate ambiguous business questions into measurement and insights roadmaps and ultimately ensure the analytics team's work is cohesive, actionable and impactful.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
