Responsibilities

Model Assessment and Validation:
Requires knowledge of model fit testing, tuning and validation techniques (e.g., Chi-square, ROC curve, root mean square error) and the impact of variables and features on model performance. Identify model evaluation metrics and apply best‑practice techniques for model testing and tuning to assess accuracy, fit, validity, and robustness for multistage models and model ensembles.

Data Visualization:
Requires knowledge of visualization guidelines and best practices for complex data types. Use multiple data visualization tools (Python, R, ggplot2, Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced visualization techniques to create multiple‑story plots, data structures, and communication frameworks. Knowledge of feature relevance, selection, and exploration techniques. Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms (graphical models, Bayesian inference, NLP, vision neural networks, SVM, Random Forest, etc.). Perform exploratory data analysis, design experiments, create test‑and‑learn frameworks, develop online model learning, and guide the team on feature engineering and advanced modeling techniques.

Model Deployment and Scaling:
Understand impact of variables on model performance, model formats, and server requirements. Deploy models to production, log and track model behavior, and identify parameters needing modification at scale.

Code Development and Testing:
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Java, C, and related languages. Write code, create test cases, develop proofs of concept, test using appropriate methods, deploy software, and maintain documentation.

Tech Problem Formulation:
Analyze business problems within discipline, identify root causes, recommend technology‑focused solutions, and define deliverables and key metrics.

Data Source Identification:
