This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in San Bruno, CA for a Head of Technical Product Management. The Head of Technical Product Management will lead the end‑to‑end product strategy for Safe Space Global .ai, driving the roadmap for AI‑powered video, audio, and sensor analytics solutions. Responsibilities include defining product vision, translating customer and market needs into technical requirements, and guiding products through the full lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.

This role will work closely with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to prioritize features, validate solutions, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery. The position also involves establishing product management best practices, mentoring product managers, analyzing product performance, and partnering with sales and business development to support go‑to‑market efforts and strategic customer engagements.

• Strong product leadership experience with skills in Product Strategy and Product Management, including setting vision, defining roadmaps, and aligning cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management, from discovery and requirements definition through launch, optimization, and retirement of products.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess product performance, inform prioritization, and support evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Experience collaborating with Sales teams to refine value propositions, support key customer opportunities, and incorporate market feedback into the roadmap.
• Experience leading technical product teams in AI, analytics, SaaS, or related technology domains, ideally in safety, security, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering and data science, including comfort discussing architecture, APIs, and technical trade‑offs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling product management processes, mentoring product managers, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent practical experience; an advanced degree is a plus.
