• Lead research projects of medium complexity, independently identifying opportunities to enhance products and services through user‑driven insights.
• Contribute to a holistic research program by planning, designing, and executing strategic and tactical research to inform product development and deepen user understanding.
• Conduct moderately scoped research to uncover user needs and business opportunities, fostering empathy and user‑centric thinking across cross‑functional teams.
• Plan and prioritize research initiatives across projects, aligning with broader goals and communicating priorities effectively to team members.
• Guide product direction by analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research findings, demonstrating awareness of their collective impact.
• Identify, create, and apply key insights and metrics to evaluate product and service impact, leveraging understanding of business goals, the product ecosystem, and user trends.
• Build consensus within project teams, advocating for research‑based, user‑centric solutions and effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders for integration into product planning.
