We are seeking a visionary and hands‑on designer to join a dynamic team, where your independent contributions will be integral to shaping end‑to‑end user experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to proactively identify and solve complex design problems, contributing innovative solutions that resonate across various products and platforms. You will be instrumental in enhancing product usability, accessibility, and overall user delight, directly impacting how users interact with cutting‑edge technology.

Responsibilities
  • Independently create design concepts, including mock-ups, prototypes, and models, to inform product ideation, user research, and testing, or conduct research to guide design decisions.
  • Drive significant contributions to a holistic design process, design system, or design language that spans multiple teams and products.
  • Actively assist in design and testing processes, fostering support for a cohesive design vision among partners.
  • Develop innovative design solutions that address user needs, product requirements, and business objectives, adapting to evolving constraints and clearly articulating design choices.
  • Apply and adapt UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems to craft compelling user experiences.
  • Utilize standard writing and design tools to visualize ideas and develop mock-ups or prototypes, tailoring deliverables to product or platform requirements with minimal oversight.
  • Ensure designs adhere to established templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Iteratively refine designs based on UX testing and feedback from partners and stakeholders, providing insights to achieve product goals.
  • Help build consensus for design strategy across various partners, effectively communicating design approaches to fellow designers and product managers, and proactively addressing challenges.
  • Contribute to the use and proposal of new data and metrics for evaluating product impact.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape (including competitors) when developing design solutions.
  • Plan and prioritize design work across multiple projects, effectively communicating priorities to team members.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to identify opportunities for expanding responsibilities within the immediate product team.
  • Engage with engineers to communicate and influence design intention, managing specifications such as design specs, mock-ups, or product models for successful implementation.
  • Develop design solutions grounded in user insights, business needs, and industry trends to advance business objectives.
  • Analyze and anticipate user needs through collaboration, identifying defined problems that may have multiple strategic, product, or technological solutions.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Product Design principles and practices.
  • Exceptional Craftsmanship in design execution.
  • Strong Systems Thinking approach to design challenges.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Synthesis, and Planning.
  • Deep understanding of User Behavior.
  • Refined Aesthetic Sensibility.
  • Experience with the Product Development Lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Interactive Technology.
  • Effective Storytelling and Presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in UX Research Methodology.
