About the RoleDesign AI-powered internal tools and AI-agent interactions for You Tube Trust & Safety, creating UX concepts and Figma prototypes to support large-scale content moderation and escalation workflows. This is a 7-month contract based in San Bruno, CA, with hybrid/in-person expectations.
Job Description RoleUX Designer for You Tube Trust & Safety working on AI-powered internal tools and workflows that support large-scale content moderation and user escalations. The role focuses on designing AI-agent interactions, internal enterprise tooling, and delivering designs through Figma design systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design AI-agent interactions and end-to-end workflows for moderation and escalation use cases.
- Translate product requirement documents (PRDs) into UX concepts and interactive prototypes.
- Build and iterate on internal tools for large-scale operations and moderation workflows.
- Deliver design artifacts and maintain a Figma-based design system.
- 5+ years of experience in UX / Interaction Design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
- Strong ownership and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with AI/chatbot/conversational UX.
- Experience with moderation or workflow tooling.
- Familiarity with complaint/escalation systems.
- Position type:
Contract (7 months). - Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour.
