What you'll do:

* Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science solutions aligned with business objectives.

* Oversee model design, validation, and scaling to ensure accuracy, robustness, and sustainability.

* Translate complex business requirements into data strategies and actionable insights.

* Guide teams in coding, testing, and documentation of analytical models and applications.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate data-driven approaches into operational processes.

* Mentor and develop talent to build a high-performing data science workforce.

* Drive continuous improvement by adopting emerging technologies and best practices.

What you'll bring:

* Extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical modeling techniques.

* Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java for code development, testing, and deployment.

* Strong understanding of data strategy, data quality, and data ecosystem management to drive business value.

* Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

* Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

* Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, managing projects, and fostering continuous learning and innovation.
