Analytics AI Strategy And Operations
Product and business strategy leaders bring together teams across Google's functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines. Our roles often include components of strategy, operations, and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects.
We help engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.
You Tube's ecosystem is constantly growing and evolving, and it is critical to deploy resources efficiently to best serve our users, creators, and advertisers globally. Our product strategy and operations team partners with leaders to use data to run our business and drive decisions. In this role, you will work with industry leaders to build and roll out AI-enabled analytical solutions across the organization at the confluence of product, engineering, and strategy.
You will frequently interface with senior leaders to lead through AI-powered analytical excellence and transform how we work.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $222000 - $309000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits.
