+ 6 years of experience as a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.

+ Experience in front-end technologies (e.g., web, mobile platforms) and experience in building robust, high-fidelity prototypes and production-level code to validate and deliver user experiences.

+ Strong track record of collaborating effectively with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Software Engineers.

+ Evidence of providing technical or design leadership, guiding implementation strategies, and actively contributing innovative ideas rather than just executing on defined tasks.

Joining a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry-leading products. US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

+ Ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant, and accessible front-end implementations that meet user needs and product standards.

+ Anticipate potential technical or design challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

+ Drive consensus and build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product Managers, UX Designers, Software Engineers) to align priorities, and technical feasibility.

+ Contribute to and evolve shared design systems, component libraries, or tooling that enhance UX consistency, development efficiency, and product excellence across teams.
