What you'll do:

* Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains and databases to support analytics initiatives.

* Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity for accurate analysis and modeling.

* Develop, validate, and tune predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.

* Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

* Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable models and monitor their performance.

* Mentor team members on analytical methods, coding best practices, and data storytelling.

What you'll bring:

* Proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytics techniques.

* Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau.

* Strong skills in exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to interpret complex datasets.

* Experience with data strategy, including data quality assessment, data governance, and scalable data storage solutions.

* Ability to evaluate, validate, and tune models using appropriate metrics and best practices.

* Knowledge of business domains to translate requirements into actionable data insights and solutions.
