What you'll do:

* Lead the development and execution of user experience strategies informed by comprehensive user research and data analysis.

* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align UX initiatives with business objectives and market trends.

* Drive the design and implementation of user journey maps, storyboards, and prototypes to enhance interaction design and usability.

* Manage stakeholder engagement through effective communication, consensus building, and presentation of research insights.

* Oversee usability testing and iteration processes to ensure solutions meet user needs and quality standards.

* Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize user experience and design processes.

What you'll bring:

* Extensive experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, including user research, journey mapping, and interaction design.

* Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders, aligning design strategies with business objectives.

* Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, and usability testing.

* Expertise in prototyping, visual design standards, and continuous improvement processes.

* Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing decision-making through clear communication.

* Ability to develop and implement strategic UX initiatives that enhance customer engagement and business value.
