As a Legal Policy Specialist, you will work on tasks within the scope of a policy project that have meaningful impact with direct supervision. You will address day-to-day policy issues and develop an understanding of policy development and implementation. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $90000 - $129000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

** Responsibilities*
* + Process removal requests efficiently and accurately, including privacy issues, defamation issues, court orders, law enforcement requests and requests from government agencies.

+ Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding You Tube's legal removals processes.

+ Work within a team to identify and improve processes, operational quality and scalability.

+ Assist in developing internal and external educational materials, and in designing new workflows to support the strategic directions of the business.

+ Review graphic, controversial and sometimes offensive video content.
