Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $222000 - $308000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

** Responsibilities*
* + Drive the evolution of the outlook, strategy, and operations for You Tube, in partnership with the VP of Product and Engineering.

+ Partner with You Tube Leads to ensure that the organization is operating smoothly and structurally aligned with the overall mission.

+ Develop key communications across all levels of the organization, including to SVP/VP, at all hands, offsites, and leadership summits.

+ Act as a proxy for VP of product when needed, using judgment and discretion to drive decision-making.
