• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Drive the design process for features within You Tube Live across mobile and desktop, from ideation to launch with minimal guidance.
• Translate complex problems and user needs into simple, high-quality, and intuitive design solutions for live streaming and interactive experiences.
• Produce a range of design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, effectively communicating design intent.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to define requirements, explore concepts, and ensure technical feasibility and design consistency.
• Utilize and contribute to You Tube's design system, ensuring visual and experiential coherence across You Tube Live features on both mobile and desktop.
