About the team: The Marketplace Logistics Business Development team drives seller adoption of Walmart’s expedited shipping programs, including WFS, Global Inbound, and Multi-Channel Solutions. Collaborating closely with sellers and brands, the team identifies logistics solutions that support scalable business growth through fast shipping, often enabling over 65% sales growth. As experts in Walmart’s logistics ecosystem, they enhance e-commerce expansion by leveraging speed-to-customer advantages.

The team plays a vital role in achieving strategic business objectives while building strong partnerships to support Walmart’s marketplace growth and deliver impactful results.

• Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to support business growth and achieve objectives.
• Lead and mentor associates by assigning duties, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Influence sales strategy and manage key accounts to maximize valuation and meet business goals.
• Evaluate effectiveness of plans and initiatives, recommending improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous learning and development.

• Proven expertise in business development and strategic partnership management to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to design and execute sales strategies while managing key accounts and negotiating contracts effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze operational needs, measure performance, and implement continuous improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build and maintain trusted internal and external relationships.
