** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Direct Resident Care:
** Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
* ** Clinical Monitoring:
** Observe resident vital signs and promptly report any changes to the nursing leadership.
* ** Safety & Environment:
** Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for all residents.
* ** Mobility Support:
** Help residents with safe transfers and ambulation as required.
* ** Communication & Documentation:
** Participate in care planning, communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical records.
** Qualifications**
* ** Certification:
** Current and valid CNA certification in the state of
** California**.
