Position Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated Bilingual Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves managing incoming sales and service inquiries through phone and internet, coordinating appointments, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the Sales and Service departments to meet customer needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries via phone and internet.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed ones.
  • Coordinate communication and resolve questions with relevant department personnel.
  • Track sold vehicles and manage hot sheets.
  • Confirm special order parts and support follow-up on phone and internet sales leads.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork, records, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Provide general administrative assistance as required.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual).
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor with a helpful attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with computers and internet, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous but not required.
