Position Description
This position is for assisting the Biology Lab Coordinator with the maintenance of the biology stock room.
- Organize documents, glassware, chemicals and solutions
- Create and/or maintain spreadsheets
- Clean glassware
- Interact with instructors and students as needed
- Care and handling of plants and small animals if student is comfortable
- This is a Federal Work Study position and applicants must be eligible
- Familiarity with introductory biology, chemistry and algebra a plus
- One Drive and Microsoft Suite applications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Some bending, stooping and light lifting may be required
15-020 hours per week
