Policy Enforcement Manager, YPP, You Tube Trust and Safety Operations
Mid Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields. Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation weekend and holiday hours.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in content policy, anti-abuse and reviewing online content. Experience with spreadsheets, databases SQL and data analytics. Effective communication, problem-solving, critical thinking and attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As a Policy Enforcement Manager (PEM) dedicated to enforcing the policies of You Tube's Partner Program, you will help drive the overall strategy and enforcement approach for all policies in this area. The role will require working with a cross-functional team across Policy Development, Product, Engineering, Legal, Ads Policy and Scaled Abuse to operationalize scalable policies that minimize brand risk to the platform while also educating Creators.
This role requires thinking through the unique challenges of a broad array of policy areas (e.g. Reused content, Inauthentic Content, Misleading content, Adult, Kids) while developing processes that are consistent and resilient to protect the ecosystem. This role will require review of graphic, controversial, and offensive video content at times.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $116000 - $167000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
