+ 5 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving merchant and creator growth and building next-generation experiences that empower them globally. You will offer both Search and Creator Recommendations, powered by shopping data and our understanding of merchants, creators, and viewers-progressively moving towards intelligent workflow automation. You will be focused on growing merchant adoption and engagement on You Tube (YT) Shopping and empowering merchants to succeed by bringing the best-in-market value to creators and viewers on You Tube.

You will plan to leverage ML and AI technology to best match merchants and creators, surface avenues for their growth, and provide smart insights; you will also build the YT Affiliate Program for creators on You Tube.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
