Senior Accounts Payable

Do you have at least five years of accounts payable experience with experience supporting in fast paced environments? Do you have experience processing a high volume of invoices daily? We are looking for an accounts payable specialist for a new job in San Mateo, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience, good excel skills, and be able to thrive in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Credit card reconciliations
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure proper coding and approvals
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in accounting software SAP or Net Suite is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
