- Lead RFQs and vendor selection; negotiate pricing, tooling, NDAs, and contracts before business award.
- Build sourcing strategies using cost modeling, market trends, and technology roadmaps to achieve best-in-class pricing and ongoing cost reduction.
- Manage supplier performance, resolve issues, run reviews, and coordinate timelines with Engineering and internal teams.
- Support design/DFM reviews, understand drawings and manufacturing processes, and drive on-time delivery while mitigating supply, cost, and quality risks.
- Bachelor’s + 5 years experience, or Master’s + 3 years experience in procurement/supplier management
- In lieu of degree, a minimum 10 years experience working in Commodity Management/Procurement
- At least 2 years experience in electronics commodities (PCBA & COTS)
- Experience with custom / build-to-order parts and supplier contract negotiations
- Proficient in MS Office with strong written and verbal communication skills
